About MAGNAVIS
Recruiting intelligence for mortgage professionals.
What is MAGNAVIS?
MAGNAVIS is a recruiting intelligence platform purpose-built for mortgage professionals and teams. It brings candidate profiles, NMLS identity, loan-level production history where available, activity records and AI-assisted summaries into a single recruiting workflow.
Built by Middleton Advisory Group, a mortgage recruiting firm with 30+ years of industry expertise, MAGNAVIS is the platform we built to solve the recruiting challenges we face every day.
Product Identity
Key Features
- Candidate Intelligence: NMLS identity, loan-level production history where available, and recruitable/do-not-recruit flags.
- Activity Records: Calls, emails, tasks, notes and calendar events with audit history.
- Team Dashboard: Recruiter activity metrics. Pipeline and ownership figures appear once verified CRM relationship history is loaded.
- AI-Assisted Summaries: Candidate summaries and draft messages built from the recorded candidate profile, reviewed by a recruiter before anything is sent.
- Compliance & Audit: Role-based access control, data visibility rules, and comprehensive audit logging.
- Integrations: Governed Microsoft 365 email and Twilio SMS when configured. MAGNAVIS's internal calendar is available; external Outlook calendar synchronization is not implemented. Candidate communication is recorded in MAGNAVIS, with provider acceptance kept distinct from confirmed delivery.

Dependency and license details change as the Beta evolves. The repository's
*.csproj, package.json, and lock files identify its declared dependencies;
they do not replace a release-specific legal notice or software-bill-of-materials review.
The required .NET CI workflow retains an exact-commit CycloneDX SBOM, generated third-party-notices inventory,
provenance record, and SHA-256 digest list for counsel review. Those generated artifacts inventory
package metadata; they are not a license-compatibility decision or a counsel-approved legal notice.
