MAGNAVIS Acceptable Use Policy
Version 1.2 — Effective September 15, 2026
This Policy applies to MAGNAVIS.
1. Prohibited conduct
You may not use the Service to violate law or rights; discriminate unlawfully; harass, deceive, defraud, or impersonate; send unlawful or unsolicited communications; introduce malware; bypass access controls; probe or disrupt systems without written authorization; scrape or export data beyond authorized functionality; expose credentials; resell access; or reverse engineer except where law prohibits restriction.
2. Recruiting and high-impact decisions
You are responsible for lawful data sourcing, notices, consent where required, suppression lists, employment practices, and decisions. You may not use MAGNAVIS or AI output as the sole basis for a hiring, termination, promotion, compensation, housing, credit, insurance, or other decision producing legal or similarly significant effects. Protected characteristics may not be used as decision criteria except where counsel confirms a lawful obligation or exception.
3. Restricted data and actions
Do not upload payment-card data, account passwords, security secrets, government identifiers, health data, criminal records, special-category data, or children's data unless expressly authorized in the applicable Order Form and DPA. Unauthorized external use, transfer, export, autonomous action, or integration is prohibited. External AI processing depends on the configured provider, access controls and request. Administrator configuration shows which providers are enabled; prompt history records the provider used for each request. Do not assume a provider is disabled from this policy alone. Live communications, external imports and external AI require separate authorization, configuration, and verification before use.
4. Enforcement
MAGNAVIS may investigate suspected abuse and proportionately restrict or suspend affected access to protect customers, people, and the Service. Where practical, MAGNAVIS will give notice and an opportunity to cure. Report concerns to info@middletonadvisorygroup.com.
