MAGNAVIS Provider and Subprocessor Status
Version 1.2 — Effective September 15, 2026
MAGNAVIS offers MAGNAVIS under its current product name. A third party is a subprocessor only when it processes Customer Personal Data for the applicable Service and environment. Disabled configuration, sample code, customer-directed integrations, and internal development tools do not establish active processing.
Current synthetic Beta status
| Provider or function | Purpose | Status |
|---|---|---|
| MAGNAVIS deterministic and local AI | Rules, scores, search, and local AI-assisted functions over synthetic records | Active for the synthetic Beta; no external model processing |
| Microsoft Azure | Hosted Beta infrastructure | Owner-reported as the hosted Beta platform; Beta processing is limited to synthetic data and no region, tenant, certification, or contract status is asserted here |
| Twilio | SMS | Disabled and not processing through MAGNAVIS unless separately enabled, authorized, and verified |
| Microsoft Outlook or Graph | Disabled and not processing through MAGNAVIS unless separately enabled, authorized, and verified | |
| External model providers | Optional generative AI | External AI processing depends on the configured provider, access controls and request. Administrator configuration shows which providers are enabled; prompt history records the provider used for each request. Do not assume a provider is disabled from this policy alone. Use requires separate authorization, configuration and verification. |
| ATTOM or Snowflake, NMLS, and OpenCATS | External data import | Imports are disabled for the synthetic Beta and require separate authorization, configuration, and verification |
Changes and questions
Before a provider processes live Customer Personal Data, required disclosure, authorization, data-protection terms, and technical verification must be completed for that environment. Questions and notice-subscription requests may be sent to info@middletonadvisorygroup.com.
